Terms and Conditions

1. By payment of the total amount by debit or credit card, cash or bank transaction, the reservation is considered confirmed and the client confirms that he accepts the terms of use. The client must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking, and is responsible for the correctness of the information provided in the booking.
2. It is the client's responsibility to have the necessary documents to cross national borders. For any costs associated with the absence of these documents shall be borne by the clients.
3. Any variations to the journey that involves extra time or mileage/kilometers may be subject to additional charges.

4. For hourly bookings, the trip must always end in the municipal area of the pickup location. An hourly booking always starts at the pick-up time confirmed upon booking.
5. 50 % additional charges apply to bank holidays such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and Day and Easter.
6. The debit or credit card you use when making the booking may be charged for any additional charges, e.g., extra waiting time, parking charges and tolls.

1. All quotes for journeys from airports incorporate 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time. All other trips include 20 minutes of complimentary waiting time, including for each via point.
2. After the complimentary time is finished for all journeys, a charge of 60 Euros/hour applies and will be calculated in 20 minute increments and separately charged from the provided debit or credit card when the booking is made. Or ‘We reserve the right to charge any credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.’
3. No extra charges will apply if your flight is delayed by 60 minutes or less; however, if your flight is severely delayed (more than 1 hour), waiting time fees will be incurred since we are usually limited to other tasks. In case of flight cancellations, charges may be incurred.
4. If the driver is asked to wait either at the beginning or during a journey, waiting time is chargeable at our current standard rate, 60 Euros/hour.
5. Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not automatically be able to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs for any journey, although every effort will be made to meet such requirements.

1. The request to change the reservation must be submitted in writing to the official
e-mail: info@zagrebprivatechauffur.com. In cooperation with the reservation agent, the reservation will be changed if possible. If the change of reservation includes additional costs, these costs are entirely the responsibility of the client.
2. Cancellation of the reservation by the client is valid from the moment of sending the email to info@zagrebprivatechauffur.com, cancellation of the reservation can be done for part of the reservation or the reservation in full. If the reservation is canceled more than 48 hours of the booked departure time, we retain 20% of the total amount paid. If the reservation is canceled within less than 48 hours before the reserved departure time, we keep 100% of the total amount.
3. If the client does not show up and does not establish contact with our driver or the booking agent at the reserved time and place of departure, the driver will wait for 30 minutes. After that the money paid will be non refundable.
4. In exceptional situations Zagreb Private Chauffeur will have to change the details of the transportation service or cancel the transportation. In such situations the client will be notified as soon as possible and the difference in price for canceled services or the total amount of the canceled reservation will be refunded to the client's account.

1. Zagreb Private Chauffeur Service is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. Nor do we accept responsibility for any consequential loss. Zagreb Private Chauffeur shall be under no liability whatsoever to the customer for any indirect loss (including loss of profit) suffered by arising out of a breach by us of this contract.

2. The Driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Client
3. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including pick-up and drop-off locations, flight details (if applicable), and any special requirements.
4. Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle or property during the service due to their negligence.
5. Clients are expected to treat the chauffeur and the vehicle with respect and refrain from any behavior that may endanger the safety of others or damage the vehicle.
6. Smoking, consuming alcohol or illegal substances, and carrying hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
7. The chauffeur has the right to terminate the service immediately if the client's behavior is deemed unsafe, abusive, or in violation of local laws.
8. If special cleaning of a vehicle is required because it has been left in an unreasonable state by passenger/client, we reserve the right to charge the cost of cleaning to that passenger/client.
9. On a private hire, no animals (other than guide and hearing dogs) may be carried in any vehicle without prior agreement with us. We reserve the right to refuse the carriage of animals which were not agreed to at the time booking. Pets and animals must be transported in a closed and suitable transport box/carrier. The passenger must ensure that the animal is in its carrier throughout the entire journey.
The customer will incur compensation charges if the interior of the vehicle is
damaged in any way by the animal.
10. Child seats are mandatory in accordance with the law requirements of the Republic of Croatia. Children from 135 to 150 cm height can drive in the back seat without a car seat or stand, if they are properly fastened with a seat belt. Children up
to 135 cm must ride in a special safety seat or on a booster. It is recommended for children up to 5 years of age to drive in a car seat. The fee for a child seat or a
booster is 10,00 eur per day. The client is responsible for informing us of the quantity of child seats and child booster needed for the transport. Only a child over 150 cm may ride in the front seat.
11. When transporting disabled people and people with physical disabilities, it is necessary to inform us in advance. We do not specialize in transporting such clients but we will make efforts to realize the ride. When transporting wheelchairs, we are only able to transport folding wheelchairs.
12. Car can fit 3 passengers, 2 suitcases and 2 carry-ons. However, luggage will not
be transported, which amounts to excessive weight and volume in the chauffeur’s view. Zagreb Private Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse to carry luggage that is excessively large and heavy in the chauffeur’s view and which has not been appropriately communicated by the customer at the time of booking. Transporting excessive luggage poses a significant risk to the safety of the passengers and the
driver, and it can also cause damage to the vehicle. If the carriage of excessive luggage is not possible, the payment made to us by the customer for the booking will not be influenced and the money paid will not be refunded should the customer request a journey cancellation.
13. Zagreb Private Chauffeur acknowledges no responsibility regarding any damage or loss to any property or luggage carried in or on the vehicle except if the damage or loss is a consequence of negligence by us. When the property is being left or forgotten in a vehicle, We will organize the return of such items if the customer covers the postage expense.
14. Zagreb Private Chauffeur is liable in the event of a vehicle breakdown or accident. We will put forth a valiant effort to complete the journey with another chauffeured vehicle. We can subcontract the booking to another Licenced Operator
at our own cost, but we cannot guarantee on-time arrival and the initially chosen fleet category.

Zagreb Private Chauffeur Service respects the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. We will not disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law.

Zagreb Private Chauffeur Service reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be available on our website.

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Croatia.

2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.

By using Zagreb Private Chauffeur Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
